We are looking at a pretty calm & quiet morning. That is, except for the wind. The wind is already blowing at around 10-15 mph in the area. We will see it stay that way throughout the day today. The sun will be shining in the South & Rolling Plains this afternoon. That will help to bring in warmer air, as highs will be in the low 60s for us this afternoon.
Tonight will just see a few clouds returning to the area. Lows by Wednesday morning will be in the upper 20s for most of us. The sun will be back out tomorrow afternoon, after the clouds clear. It will still be warm, with a high of 61° in Lubbock. The wind will be from the south-southwest at 15-20 mph. Some gusts will reach 30 mph during the afternoon tomorrow.
