Tonight, we will be seeing that light rain mixing with some light snow showers, through midnight. That mix will change to snow in the area by 1:00 am Saturday. There may be some light accumulations in the northern counties, but less than an inch. For Lubbock & surrounding areas, we will see some light snow, but no accumulations are possible.
The clouds will move out by tomorrow afternoon. We will be seeing mostly sunny skies, but highs will be much lower than today. Expect Lubbock to see a high of 40°, with highs in the upper 30s in the northwestern counties. Winds will be light tomorrow, so at least we have that going for us!
