We are watching a complex of showers move through Lubbock from west to east this morning. This is bringing some heavier rain at times. It is beginning to break apart as it moves just east of Lubbock. So, it’s not looking like the Rolling Plains will see much rain this morning.
Cloudy skies will stick around for today. We will see more thunderstorms scattered in the viewing area this evening. Any thunderstorms look to move out of the area by 2:00-3:00 am Saturday. There will be a mix of clouds & sun tomorrow, with highs in the upper 80s for us.
