There will be a mix of clouds & sunshine this afternoon across the entire area. That will help to keep highs below average. Lubbock is looking at a high of 90° today. The average is actually 92°. There will be isolated storms, generally north of Lubbock at 20% coverage through 7:00 pm.
Tuesday will start out with a muggy morning, thanks to moisture streaming in from the southeast. Lows will drop down into the upper 60s, but it will feel like the mid 70s with that moisture. We will see a stray storm possible tomorrow, but pretty much everyone will stay dry. There will be mostly sunny skies in the afternoon, with Lubbock seeing a high of 92°.
