Skies are going to be mixed with clouds & sunshine once again for this Tuesday. Things are going to be very similar to what we saw on Monday. We’ll see highs in the low 90s for Lubbock. There will be isolated thunderstorms forming later this morning, then again this afternoon. Coverage will stay at 10%, so we’re talking about hit & miss storms, due to all the moisture in place.

Any storms we see will be out of the area by early tomorrow morning. The clouds will clear as drier air comes back to the South & Rolling Plains. So, expect plenty of sunshine for the day Wednesday. That will help highs get to 94° in Lubbock, with upper 80s/low 90s northwest & upper 90s to the east. Wind tomorrow will stay light, so it will be a nice day, but remember to stay hydrated, as things will be warmer.
