It’s a foggy start to this Thursday across portions of the South Plains. Lubbock is seeing some dense fog, which is reducing visibility to near zero. Please use caution as you head out the door this morning & watch for school buses! The fog will be around through 9:00 am.
After the fog clears, we will actually see mostly sunny skies this afternoon. The wind is going to increase to 15-20 mph, some gusts will reach 30 mph, at times. Lubbock is looking at a high of 68°. There will be light showers this evening & overnight in the Rolling Plains. Lubbock is expected to stay dry today.
