We’re seeing thin clouds rolling in from the north this morning. The clouds are staying in the mid-levels, as the wind is from the south at the surface. The clouds will clear off by early afternoon, giving way to mostly sunny skies. The wind today will stay at 10-15 mph & will drop by the afternoon. Lubbock is going to see a warm day, with a high reaching 80°.
Overnight, we’ll see leftover clouds returning, just for a visit. They won’t do much across the area. Lows will be held in check, as the clouds roll in & the wind stays from the south. We’ll start Wednesday at 45°. The afternoon will stay mostly sunny. We’ll see light wind across the area, as Lubbock tops out at 81°. It will feel warmer with the light wind.
