There are clear skies in Lubbock & most of the area to start off today. The clear skies will remain with us this afternoon, as the sun will shine again. A cold front pushed through the area earlier this morning. It will drop our highs down to the upper 60s this afternoon., The wind will be less than yesterday, as we’ll only see west wind at 5-10 mph.
Another cold front will move into the area later tonight/early tomorrow morning. This will bring in cloudy skies overnight. We will see more moisture in the area, as well. So, some light showers will develop south of Lubbock early tomorrow. They will move south by 8:00 am. The clouds stay & highs will only be in the low 50s.
