We’re looking at partly cloudy skies to start this Wednesday. Yes, it’s still warm out there! Lubbock is coming in at 70°! Most locations are starting out in the mid-to-upper 60s east & upper 50s to the northwest. We’ll be seeing a drier day today. Expect sunny skies, with wind at 10-15 mph. Lubbock will see a high of 95°, with highs in the upper 90s east & upper 80s to the northwest.

Not much will change for Thursday. There will be mostly sunny skies, so we’ll get some breaks from the sunshine at times. The wind will be on the increase tomorrow afternoon, since that dry line will be pushing well to the east. The wind usually increase with that drier air west of a dry line. There will be low coverage of any storms in Hall, Motley, Cottle, King, Kent & Scurry Counties tomorrow evening. Any storm will have large hail. But, those are the only counties that would see any storms.
