I hope everyone got to enjoy the nice weekend. We’re starting out with mainly clear skies this morning. The clouds will be on the increase this afternoon as moisture returns to west Texas. Our wind will not be as high as it was on Sunday, but it’ll stay sustained at 10-20 mph. There will be storms over in New Mexico, which could threaten our western counties this evening. They will not last long, or make it too far to the east. Expect a high of 76° this afternoon.

Tomorrow will see cloudy skies all day long. Don’t be surprised to see peeks of sunshine, but the clouds will certainly be the dominating factor. A disturbance coming in from the west will increase shower and storm coverage late tomorrow, into Wednesday morning. During the day, the coverage will be 10%. By evening and into the early morning hours Wednesday, it increases to 40%. Watch for large hail with any thunderstorm tomorrow evening and overnight. High temperature Tuesday will be 77°.
