That cold front a few days ago is still leaving its mark over the South & Rolling Plains, because it is chilly out there! Today will remain cloudy & cool. I can’t rule out a spotty shower this afternoon & evening. Coverage is 10% during the day today. But, it’s better to be safe, so take your rain gear & warm weather clothes to high school football games tonight. The high this afternoon will be 64°.
Most of the day tomorrow will remain cloudy, cool & breezy. So, at kickoff of the Texas vs Texas Tech game, we’ll see a temperature of 56°, but it will feel more like the upper 40s! So, dress warm tomorrow. Later in the day & especially overnight, we’ll see an increase of showers area wide. During the day tomorrow, the coverage will be 20%, but that jumps to 40% overnight. The high tomorrow afternoon will reach 63°.
