A cold front moved through the area on Monday & we can really feel the effects from that today. Grab your jackets as you head out to work, school & to vote today. You will certainly need them. The skies will see a mix of clouds & sunshine this afternoon. The wind will increase to 15-20 mph. We’ll get to 60° for the high, but it will feel more like the low 50s this afternoon. Dress warm!

Tomorrow morning will be a cold one. Expect lows to approach the freezing mark in Parmer, Castro, Swisher, Bailey & Lamb Counties. There will be a light freeze in those counties. There will not be a freeze warning issued, as it is already past the growing season. Bundle up, though, tomorrow morning! Lubbock will start at 41° tomorrow, but will see partly sunny skies & a high of only 55°. With wind at 10-15 mph, it will feel more like 50°!
