We had great outdoor weather over the weekend, especially yesterday. It was a warm one, with Lubbock getting all the way up to 88°. That sunny, dry, warm & calm weather will stay with us for this afternoon, as well. High pressure is going to keep that heater on, as Lubbock will see a high of 82° today. Now, that’s not as warm as Sunday, but still above average by eight degrees.

Expect much of the same for tomorrow, at least in terms of above average highs. There will be more clouds streaming across the area, as a disturbance scoots on by. Those clouds will keep highs in check for the day tomorrow. Now, with that said, they’ll still be above average, with Lubbock seeing a high of 80°. But, those temperatures will drop in the northwestern counties, with highs there staying in the upper 70s.
