The clouds have already cleared the area overnight, which will lead to more sunshine this morning, into the afternoon. We’re going to see an upper-level high pressure system move into the area today. That will keep things sunny, breezy & warm, once again. Expect highs to jump back up into the mid 80s this afternoon. It is good outdoor weather, but unfortunately, we’re staying dry.
You won’t be able to tell, but there will be a weak cold front passing through the area this afternoon. We’ll just barely see a wind shift from it & it will have zero effect on high temperatures. We’ll start out the day Thursday with lows in the low 50s, with low 40s to the northwest. However, with the clear, blue skies during the day, high temperatures will climb up into the low 80s. Wind will remain light in the afternoon, staying between 5-10 mph.
