The clouds were sticking around today, but the warm air managed to sneak in as well. Lubbock even climbed up into the low 70s by lunchtime! We awaiting a cold front that is just north of the area. That will move through this evening & overnight, which will drop temperatures all day tomorrow. The clouds will stick around tonight, as we get to 32° by Thursday morning.
Under the clouds tomorrow, the air will remain cold. Highs will stay in the low 40s, so be sure to bundle up! There will be a mix of rain, sleet & snow in the northwestern counties tomorrow morning. Those light showers will move east during the day, staying isolated at 20%. So, there will be a few of us getting light rain. The rain showers will mix with some sleet late tomorrow night, mainly northwest of Lubbock, again.
