Today: It’s going to be another very hot day with temperatures back in the triple-digits. We’re looking at temperatures heating up near 102 degrees in Lubbock. Expect sunny conditions with winds from the SW 10-15 mph.
Tonight: Expect a mild night with mostly clear skies. Temperatures will only cool into the lower 70s with winds from the SSW 10-15 mph.
Extended: This triple-digit heat will continue on Saturday before we experience a slight cool down on Sunday, when temperatures return to the mid 90s. First day of summer begins on Monday and we’ll see sunny skies with 90 degree readings through the rest of the work week.
