We’ll actually see sunny skies, once the storms clear the area on Friday. Wind will increase to 20-30 mph. So, that is going to be the main issue Friday. We’re still looking at highs in the low 80s for Lubbock & mid 80s in the Rolling Plains. We’ll stay dry on Friday, so things are shaping up nicely, except for the wind.
Saturday will be a wonderful day to get outdoors. The sun will be shining, wind will only be at 5-10 mph, highest wind is looking at 15 mph. So, get out & enjoy. Highs will begin to drop Saturday, as Lubbock will top out at 78°. It will be a great day for Lubbock County’s Relay For Life, from 10:00 am-10:00 pm at Lubbock Christian!
