The wind will shift back around to the southwest by Thursday. This is going to open the door for another warm & breezy afternoon. Expect sunny skies to return. The wind is going to be sustained at 10-15 mph, gusting to 25 mph. With the sunshine & high pressure around, highs will be able to get back into the low 80s.

Our second cold front this week will push in by Friday morning. The cooler air will filter down by mid-morning. So, the afternoon is going to be cooler & breezy, with highs back down into the low 70s. The Rolling Plains will be in the mid 70s. The area will still be near normal for highs, or slightly above.
