As we move into the weekend, the potential for thunderstorms will slightly increase on Saturday. I am staying with 20% for those storms, mainly before 1:00 pm. There will be a cold front pushing in from the north during the day. It will be through the area by early afternoon, thus keeping the better opportunity for rain south of the area. Behind the front, highs will drop down into the low 80s, with more clouds than sunshine.

Sunday will see that cold front slowly stall out, then try to move to the north. As it does, the clouds will still be a factor on Sunday. That & the cold front will keep highs in the low 80s. The rain for Sunday is not looking good. I am staying with 10%, thanks to the best lift & moisture ahead of that cold front. But, enjoy the cooler air this weekend!
