Midweek will see another round of showers & storms in the area, but once again, they’ll stay in the western counties. The storms won’t drift too far east because of the moisture flowing up along the state line. So, storms will be at 30% on Wednesday afternoon. There will be more peeks of sunshine where it’s not raining, so highs will be in the mid 80s, which is still below average.

The end of the week is going to see showers & thunderstorms beginning to exit the region. So, we’ll drop down the coverage of storms to 10% on Thursday & Friday. But, keep the rain gear in your car all week long, because there will be those spotty storms in some place at the end of the week. Highs will be in the low 80s Thursday, but they’ll get to the upper 80s Friday with more sunshine.
