Tomorrow morning will begin with partly cloudy skies. We’ll see similar temperatures to this morning. There will be teens to the west & northwest, with low 20s for Lubbock & locations to the east. Lubbock will bottom out at 20°, but with the wind that we’ll have, it will feel more like 12°-14°. The afternoon will see mostly sunny skies, but highs can only make to the low 40s for Lubbock, mid 40s to the east & upper 30s to the northwest. So, have the jackets & sweatshirts tomorrow!
Saturday will begin with partly cloudy skies & temperatures down into the upper 20s. The good news is, the warm air will return in the afternoon, thanks to a weak ridge of high pressure. There will be sunny skies in the afternoon, with wind at 10-15 mph. Lubbock will be able to get to 60°, which will feel very nice compared to what we’re seeing today & tomorrow. The only issue will be the wind making things feel cooler.
