KLBK Midday Web Forecast February 13, 2018

More clouds will enter the area on Wednesday night, into Thursday morning. That and the wind staying at 10-15 mph, will help to keep the low at only 48°. During the day Thursday, skies are going to be cloudy, to overcast. Even with that said, the high temperature is going to climb up to 76°. Wind will be from the west-southwest at 20-25 mph, gusting to 40 mph at times. This is ahead of a system that will bring isolated showers early Friday morning.

We’ll see those showers only at 10% in the morning Friday and into the early afternoon hours. With the morning low staying above freezing at 34°, I am not anticipating any frozen road issues, or snow. There will be a time when this light rain will mix with very light snow in the morning, but it will not amount to any accumulations, or driving issues. We’ll stay cloudy on Friday, with a high of only 42° behind that cold front.
