The weekend is shaping up to be very nice & very warm. The wind will be hanging around all weekend, of course. It will stay at 10-15 mph, so I suppose that is not too bad. Highs on Saturday will reach 60° for Lubbock & upper 60s in the Rolling Plains. Sunday is looking to be even warmer, as we will see a high of 63°, with highs near 70° to the east!
The sunny skies stay with us Monday, thanks to a ridge of high pressure sticking around. We will actually drop in high temperatures, thanks to a weak cold front. So, we will see highs in the upper 50s, which is actually where we should be. By midweek, though, Lubbock will see highs in the upper 60s, with mid 70s east!
