By tomorrow, the sun will be shining & the warmer air will be flowing back into the South Plains. We will be seeing highs into the low 60s tomorrow & Wednesday. The wind will, of course, be blowing pretty good. We will see sustained wind at 15-20 mph, with some gusts reaching 30 mph at times. That is the only downside to the weather this week.
A weak cold front will push in some cooler air on Thursday & Friday. We will be seeing mainly sunny skies, but highs will be falling down into the low 50s Thursday & upper 50s Friday. Wind will be at 15-20 mph Thursday & 5-10 mph Friday. So, the start to the weekend will be pretty nice. Saturday will be the warmest day, as highs in Lubbock will get into the upper 60s!
