Things will feel cooler on Thursday, because, well, it will be cooler! There will be increasing clouds throughout the day behind that cold front. Highs will drop down into the mid 60s, which is actually near where we should be. Friday is going to have partly sunny skies, with highs in the low 60s. Wind will be at 10-15 mph Thursday & Friday.
Thanks to some moisture returning to the area Friday, rain showers will be covering the Rolling Plains, with some thunderstorms in north Texas. The showers will remain light & will stay east of Lubbock. Saturday is the last day of winter & will feel like it! There will be mostly sunny skies, but highs will stay in the upper 50s! Spring begins Saturday at 11:30 pm.
