Saturday is going to start off below freezing in our western counties. Lubbock will be near freezing, at 33°. However, the sunshine will quickly help to warm the air up. We’ll see highs in the upper 60s Saturday afternoon, with wind at 5-10 mph out of the north. It will be a nice day to spend outdoors, or at the rodeo!

We’ll actually see warmer air start to build in by Sunday. This will last into early next week. There will also be dry conditions, thanks to a ridge of high pressure. This will result in lots of sunshine & highs getting into the upper 70s Sunday, low 80s Monday & mid 80s for Tuesday. Wind will be on the increase, as well.
