Welcome rain showers will be seen for most of the viewing area on Wednesday. This region of Texas has been extremely dry since the winter storm after Christmas. So, the rain we are going to see will help to cut into that deficit. The rain will be moderate & could even be heavy at times, so keep that in mind while travelling. Highs will drop into the low 60s.
There will be left over showers on Thursday, but we really begin to dry out towards the end of the week. The clouds will keep highs below normal, in the low 60s Thursday & we’ll see mid 60s for highs on Friday. The weekend will experience dry & warm air, as highs get back into the lower & mid 70s.
