Friday will see a windy day, under sunny skies. Wind will be sustained at 20-25 mph, with gusts near 40 mph. Expect to see highs in the upper 80s, again, with mid 90s in the Rolling Plains. We begin to get closer to average on Saturday, with highs in the mid 80s. There will be some thunderstorms in the area after 7:00 pm. Any storm could produce large hail & wind over 60 mph.
Mother’s Day will clear out. There will be sunny skies, with wind at 20-25 mph. Highs will stay in the mid 80s, with low 90s in the Rolling Plains. So, if you have any outdoor plans for Mother’s Day, things are looking to cooperate in the afternoon, except for the wind.
