Expect clear skies & chilly air for your high school football playoff games this week. By kickoff time, temperatures will drop down into the middle 50s. By the 4th quarter, expect readings to be in the low 50s, feeling like upper 40s. So, it will be a good idea to pack the jackets, scarfs & gloves tomorrow night as you head out to the area games.

Saturday will watch a cold front move in very early in the morning, just after midnight. This will moderate high temperatures during the afternoon. The wind will shift around to the south, trying to bring in more moisture. The moisture will show up in the form of clouds. Skies will stay cloudy all day Saturday & the air will be cooler. Expect a high of only 60°.
