Sunday is going to see things dry out across the region. We will look at clearing skies through the afternoon. There will be leftover cumulus clouds floating around, but that’s really all. With the mostly sunny skies, Lubbock will actually see highs climbing up to the average number. We’ll get to 89°, so get out and enjoy the nice afternoon.
Labor Day is going to stay dry. So, if you have outdoor plans, keep them! We will be looking at a mostly sunny day with wind at 10-15 mph. So, the wind will only really be the main issue on Monday. If you’re planning on getting some grilling done, or just relaxing outdoors, enjoy it! Monday will be a very nice day for those that don’t have to work. Lubbock will see a high of 87°.
