Tonight: Mostly clear skies overnight, which makes for perfect conditions to view the Supermoon. Temperatures will drop to the lower 40s. North northwest wind 5-10 mph.
Tomorrow: Monday will be another warm and beautiful day. Expect sunny skies with temperatures in the low to mid 70s. North wind 5-10 mph.
Extended: Dry and warm conditions will remain for most of the week, with temperatures running 10-15 degrees above normal. The warmest days will be Tuesday and Wednesday when our temperatures reach the upper 70s to lower 80s. A strong cold front will then push through the South Plains at the end the week, leaving us with windy conditions. This front will also drop our high temperatures into the upper 50s and lower 60s. Our overnight lows will fall into the lower 30s, which could mean a widespread freeze for most of the region on Saturday and Sunday morning.
Have a good week!
