Happy Wednesday everyone! After a mild start to the work week, temperatures jumped back into the upper 80’s and low 90’s this afternoon. Temperatures will continue their upward climb tomorrow with everyone transitioning into the low to mid-90’s. This is all due to a tightening surface ridge to our West. This will be followed by a series of fronts, the first arriving Thursday night into Friday morning and the second arriving Friday night into Saturday morning. This will cause winds to ramp up to the 20-50+ MPH range making fire weather a high possibility on Thursday and Friday. Be cautious while burning and barbecuing and make sure to dispose of cigarettes properly. Blowing dust will also be a major issue. The other change these fronts will bring is a drastic halt to our warming trend bringing temperatures back into the upper 60’s and low 70’s on Friday and then the mid 60’s on Saturday. Finally, despite all the changes throughout the week, sunshine will remain abundant with no rain expected during this time frame.
