Happy Sunday everyone! We have had another sunny and hot day across the South Plains with some isolated showers popping up across the region. This isolated thunderstorm activity will continue tomorrow as well with chances increasing mid-week. We are watching for another cold front to push across the region Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday. This will allow for more widespread rain and another drop in temperatures. Expect the 80’s to make their return for the majority of this week. We will be watching Monday closely as the cloud cover and rain chances could hinder our ability to see the eclipse. Make sure to stay tuned for updates and stay weather aware with the upcoming storms.
