Happy Sunday everyone! It was another beautiful sunny and cool day today across the South Plains. We’re going to continue to see nice conditions this evening with mostly clear skies and a low near 63 degrees. However, an outflow boundary to our north creates the possibility for some storm activity later this evening. Tomorrow a slight chance of storms will continue along with mostly sunny conditions. The rest of the forecast remains dry with more cool temperatures. High temperatures this week will continue below average in the 80’s and low’s will stay near 60 degrees. Tropical Storm Harvey is not expected to impact the forecast area but continues to drop torrential rainfall over the Texas coast.
