Happy Wednesday everyone! Sunshine will continue to be abundant today through the remainder of the work week with below average temperatures expected. Low temperatures will also continue to be significantly below average partially due to the Northerly winds in the area so make sure to keep a light jacket handy during the late evening and early morning hours. Also remember to be sun safe – wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and take breaks indoors during peak heating hours. Over the holiday weekend, temperatures will begin to slowly heat up with a slight chance for rain in the forecast so make sure to stay weather aware. We will be monitoring the forecast closely since high school football and Texas Tech football both start this week!
