Happy Sunday everyone! After a windy first half of the weekend, we were left with cool and calm conditions this afternoon. As we head into the work week our next cold front will arrive, dropping temperatures below the freezing mark tomorrow morning through Wednesday morning. Highs will only reach into the mid-40’s on Monday and Tuesday and finally move into the mid-50’s by Wednesday afternoon. Sunshine will be abundant through Wednesday but beginning on Thursday, we are watching for a much stronger front to arrive. This will not only bring another large drop in temperatures, but it will also bring our next chance for wintry precipitation that will begin late Thursday night and continue through Saturday morning. Over the next week, it is recommended to keep your pets and potted plants indoors to ensure they stay safe and healthy and to keep your sprinkler systems turned off to prevent icy conditions on the roadways.
