Happy Thursday everyone! We have had a much cooler day across the South Plains following the passage of the cold front yesterday. Temperatures will be slightly warmer tomorrow, but will remain below average with highs only reaching into the low 50’s. Cloud cover will increase Friday evening through Saturday morning as another system slides across the area but we will see more sunshine by Sunday! Unseasonably warm temperatures will return quickly with highs moving into the upper 60’s on Saturday and the upper 70’s by Monday! Then our next cool down will occur next Thursday with temperatures dropping back below average and windy conditions returning as well.
