Happy Tuesday everyone! It has been a sunnier and slightly warmer day today with highs moving back into the upper 80’s and low 90’s. This warming trend will continue tomorrow as well with high temperatures transitioning into the mid to upper 90’s and more sunshine in the mix. However, we are watching for our next cold front to move into the region late Wednesday evening and into early Thursday morning. This will bring another drop in temperatures and another much needed chance for showers and thunderstorms. Then on Friday, temperatures will move back to the mid-90’s and we will see more sunshine in the forecast. Remember that rain or shine, it is still important to wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and take breaks indoors during peak heating hours! And don’t forget to bring your pets inside during those peak heating hours and keep them hydrated throughout the day.
