Happy Monday everyone! After an overcast and MUCH cooler start to the day, we finally saw the sun come back out and temperatures return back to average in the low 90’s this afternoon. Sadly, this cool down will not last for long as our temperatures rebound back into the upper 90’s and the triple digits tomorrow. This will remain the case throughout the rest of the work week. We do have another chance for showers and thunderstorms tonight into early tomorrow morning, but thankfully nothing severe is expected at this time. After this precipitation clears out of the region, we will see a break from the rain until Friday night with chances expected throughout the weekend. Until then, sunshine will be abundant so remember to wear sunscreen, stay hydrated, and take breaks indoors during peak heating hours. Also, make sure to bring your pets inside during those peak heating hours and keep them hydrated throughout the day.
