The low pressure responsible for showers and thunderstorms last night will continue to pump moisture into the region today. We will get several rounds of showers and a few storms. Since the storms are moving across some of the same areas, flooding will be a concern with the heavier rain bands. The air will be cooler today, with Lubbock seeing a high temperature of 62°. Tomorrow will generally see showers from midnight-8:00 am. Leftover showers can’t be ruled out after lunch time, but things wil begin to dimminish throughout the afternoon and evening. Wednesday’s high will only be 65°.
