We had a disturbance move around the high pressure this morning, bringing in showers and thunderstorms along the state line, for the most part. So, locations west of Lubbock got the measurable rain today. Lubbock missed out, but some areas of town did get some light rain very early. We’ll see partly sunny skies out there today, with a high in Lubbock of 95°. There will be more sunshine and fewer clouds tomorrow, as we will make it up to a high of 96°. The wind will increase to 10-15 mph on Friday afternoon.
