Happy first day of school for all of the kids heading back today! We’re going to see nice weather all day long. There will be mostly sunny skies throughout the day. I can’t rule out a stray shower, or thunderstorm in the are at 10% today. Otherwise, we’re going to see a high temperature of only 83° this afternoon. That is well below the average of 90°. The wind will increase to 10-15 mph this afternoon. But that is the highest the wind will get.
Overnight, we’ll see mainly clear skies, with cool air. Thanks to the soil moisture, clear skies and light wind, we’ll see low temperatures dropping down into the upper 50s by tomorrow morning. The afternoon will still see clear, blue skies, with a high temperature of 85°. The wind will remain light, at 5-10 mph, so things will be nice in the afternoon.
