It was nice to get the rain across parts of Lubbock County last night. It was one of those storms that was small, but was expected later in the day. Today, we’re going to see the cloudy skies hang on, but the rain will move out of the region. Lubbock is going to make it up to a high temperature of 82°. It will not be as muggy as what we saw on Monday, but the wind will still remain light.

Tomorrow is looking to see the skies clear out, with only minimal clouds giving us a few breaks from the sunshine. The wind will stay light on Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies. Lubbock will reach a high temperature of 90°. If any showers, or storms make it into the area, they will only affect portions of the northern Rolling Plains. The rest of the area will stay dry and warmer.
