There are more clouds rolling through the area to start this Thursday. This moisture is coming in ahead of a cold front, which moves in later tonight. The moisture, for now, is in the form of mid and upper-level clouds. We’ll continue to see a day similar to yesterday. The wind is going to be the big problem. It will be sustained at 20-30 mph, with gusts to 45 mph at times. So, watch out for blowing dust yet again. We’ll see a high temperature of 81° this afternoon.
Overnight, that cold front will move in and bring with it much colder air. We’ll drop to 36° tomorrow morning with cloudy skies and wind at 20-25 mph. So, wind chill values will be in the upper teens. We stay cloudy and cool tomorrow, with a high temperature of only 43°. There will be a narrow band of rain, especially tomorrow evening and into early Saturday morning. We’re expecting a .10-.20″ with this rain. It will stay isolated, so most areas will not see that much.
