The cold front that came in on Sunday really didn’t do much at all during the day. We had a nice, sunny and dry day. Well, we’re feeling the colder air today. This afternoon is going to see mostly sunny skies, with wind at 15-20 mph. Wind gusts will get over 30 mph at times. The air stays dry, with a high of 43° in Lubbock. Tomorrow will see osme light wintry precipitation in the morning and at lunch time. There will be light icing on bridges and overpasses, so drive safe out there. Expect some light snow in the western counties accumulating to an inch. The high in Lubbock tomorrow will only reach 37°.
