We’re getting a great look at the full moon and eclipse this morning. We won’t see all of the eclipse, since the moon will be setting, but it will still be a great morning to see most of it. The skies will remain clear all day today, much like the last several days. The wind won’t be as high as yesterday, but it will still be sustained at 15-20 mph. We’re going to have a very warm day out there, with a high temperature reaching 79° here in Lubbock.
A cold front is going to move into the area by tomorrow morning. The wind will shift around to the north-northeast at 10-15 mph. There will be gusts to 35 mph as the front passes your area. We’ll actually begin the day with a low temperature of 36°. It will be cold, but really not all too bad. The rest of the day will continue to see sunny skies and dry air, with lower high temperatures. Lubbock is only going to make to a high of 55°.
