We’re looking at another cool and damp start to the day. The rain showers are taking a break across the region this morning. The cloudy skies and muggy feel will continue all day. We’re not going to see the heavy rain like we saw the last few days today. We will see scattered showers in the area this afternoon at 30%. Lubbock is only going to see a high temperature of 63°.
Expect waning showers overnight tonight. So, most of us will just see cloudy skies and damp conditions one again. Lubbock will drop on down to 56° by tomorrow morning. There will be more cloudy skies throughout the day on Thursday. The wind will stay at 10-15 mph, so that will make it feel even cooler. There will still be enough moisture around to get showers in the area at 40%. There will not be the flooding issue, but we will see slick spots on the roads.
