It’s going to be a cold and damp evening tonight. Rain showers will move out of the region later on this evening leaving behind overcast conditions. You’ll need a jacket as you head out the door for morning services as temperatures will be in the 30s with mostly cloudy conditions. However, even though it will be a cold and cloudy start to the morning, things will shape up quite nicely as we continue on into the daytime. Clouds will clear by the afternoon hours which will help for temperatures to rise up into the lower 70s.
By the beginning of the workweek high temperatures are already back up into the mid to upper 80s across West Texas with abundant sunshine. Midweek and into the end of the workweek clouds return and temperatures slowly fall into the lower 70s.
After the rainfall we received today, it looks like we will not see some rain in the near future.
