Today featured plenty of sunshine across the area with high temperatures in the 50s. Clear conditions will continue into tonight which will help to drop our temperatures into the 20s overnight. So if you plan on heading out tonight be sure to bundle up because it will be a chilly one. Tomorrow will be somewhat of a repeat of today. Sunshine will dominate the day but this time high temperatures will reach the low to mid 60s across much of the region. Sunday also looks to be a stellar day across the South Plains. Clouds will be on the increase on Sunday, but still most of the day looks to be sunny with high temperatures in the low 60s.
Clouds will continue to increase by the beginning of the week helping to keep our temperatures down just a bit, but near normal. By midweek temperatures look to rebound back into the 60s with sunshine across the board.
If you’re looking for some type of precipitation over the next several days you’re out of luck. Things look to stay relatively dry despite the increase in cloud cover. So for now enjoy the mild temperatures.
Have a great weekend!
