Expect mainly clear skies, with just some passing clouds as we move into Monday morning. If you are headed back to work on Monday, then it bundle up! We’re going to see temperatures near freezing in Lubbock. The low is going to be down to 33°. Wind will be light in the morning. The afternoon will still see mostly sunny skies, with wind staying at 5-10 mph. We’ll stay above average, with a high temperature of 61°.
There will be above average highs as we move into the day Tuesday. The morning low will stay above freezing again, at 36°. Skies are going to stay mostly sunny, with light wind from the west-northwest at 5-10 mph. Our high is going to make it up to 60°. I can’t rule out a light shower in the area in the afternoon Tuesday, but coverage will barely be 10%. So, do not expect much out of that.
